Used disposable vapes are collected from businesses across the UK through retail take-back schemes, business-to-business collections and scheduled nationwide collection services.
Stage 2 — UK Processing Centre
Sorting & Quality Control
All collected vapes arrive at our UK processing facility where every shipment is checked, categorised, sorted, filtered and prepared for export.
Stage 3 — Export Preparation
Compliant Export Packaging
Before export, vapes are carefully packed into compliant transport packaging that meets international transport requirements. Every shipment is documented and prepared for regulatory approval before leaving the UK.
Stage 4 — Regulatory Notification
Approved Before Every Shipment
Prior to export, each shipment follows the required notification process and receives the necessary approvals before international transport begins.
Stage 5 — Certified European Logistics
Secure International Transport
Following approval, our specialist logistics partners transport the shipment using certified transport routes across Europe. Every shipment remains fully tracked throughout its journey until it reaches our recycling facility in Denmark.

Advanced Material Recovery
At our recycling partner's specialist facility in Denmark, each vape is dismantled using advanced recycling processes.
Stage 7 — New Life for Materials
Giving Materials a Second Life
Recovered materials are separated into individual resource streams. Precious metals are extracted for reuse within manufacturing supply chains, while plastics are processed and repurposed into durable new products including plastic pallets, industrial crates, storage containers and other recycled plastic products.
